Congratulations to our fantastic colleagues who have recently successfully completed our trust wide leadership training programme. They have completed a variety of modules, over several months looking at various aspects of leadership. Being able to provide high quality training and allow colleagues to collaborate and learn from each other, is a real benefit of being in our trust. A huge thank you to everyone involved in the delivery of the programme, but especially to Mrs Martin, Assistant Headteacher at Alsager who led it so well.
